Hi There!

Thank you visiting my website, and what i try to do here is offer a different way of looking at life and begin to make things a bit easier than they sometimes are. I have often ask questions about life and why it always seems to be an uphill struggle and never get to arrive at a place in life where i’m happy or contented and this bothered me.

Especially as i get older i want to pay particular attention to how i think because it’s so easy to adopt the wrong mindset these days and blame it on that i’m getting older which isn’t a genuine reason it’s an excuse.

When i talk to people and especially men around my age (i’m in my early sixties) i found a lot of us as we get older are not ageing very well disappointed with where we are in life normally because things haven’t worked out how we thought they would and we carry a lot of regret and unhappiness on the inside of us over many years which gradually can have a detrimental affect on your health.

I try to focus more on what’s happening on the inside of me (the way i think) rather than being distracted on something external i need (more money, new car, holiday, new relationship etc) and in order for a change in our lives we have to embrace a new way of thinking especially about ourselves and dismantle from old and redundant ways of thinking that have not served us well in the past.

If you would like to begin to make that change, it’s not difficult but it does means to start adopting new mindsets and behaviours that will at first make us uncomfortable, because when you start to get rid of the familiar, it causes a disturbance on the inside and that’s when most people give up and go back to the comfort of their past and what they’re familiar with, even though it’s not working for them.
